House in Gorna Oriahovitsa

This house is placed near a beautiful hill planted with pines with splendid views over the town of Gorna Oriahovitsa and towards Arbanasi.

The clients – a modern couple with two kids – wanted a home to give them peace in a compact space, near the town where they work and kids go to school.  The design strategy was to fulfill the needs and to standout in the developing residential area. The clients embrace the idea to fit in the slope! The family received the spaces they seek in a compact form of square shaped volumes, and a useful party roof terrace.
