House in v.z. Lyulin

New project in progress. A family house on a budget for a young couple.

The place is in a nice remote zone outside the capital, 35 min drive. It benefits from the surrounding nature.  The clients are young couple who want a small  house with a lot of functionality and storage spaces fitted in the interior. The design strategy was to create one useful volume which will be suitable to fit the family – two happy adults, one kid and one more on the way.
